Where can you hear the ringing sound of incoming meetings?

The ringing sound of incoming meetings is specifically designed to be heard when you are actively using the Meetings tab or the On Demand tab. These tabs are directly associated with meeting functionalities, including notifications for new meeting requests or alerts. Utilizing these specific areas ensures that users are immediately aware of any incoming meetings, enhancing responsiveness and engagement.

The Settings tab, Profile section, and open document sessions do not serve the purpose of notifying about incoming meetings in the same immediate manner, as they are not directly tied to real-time meeting alerts. Therefore, the Meetings and On Demand tabs provide the appropriate context for receiving audio notifications related to new meetings.
